How do I delete my data?
Email soopoly.dev@gmail.com
from any address you can confirm, or open the app’s Settings and tap
“Log out” then “Delete account data”. Either path triggers full
deletion within 24 hours.
How long do you keep my match data?
Match data is cached on our Cloudflare D1 instance and is treated as
immutable (matches do not change after they end). Old matches may be
pruned on a rolling basis when storage limits are reached.
Why does the app need to log me into Riot?
To call the Riot Public API on your behalf, we need an RSO (Riot Sign
On) authorization. This is the only way for third-party apps to
access user-specific Valorant data. We never see your Riot password —
Riot’s own OAuth flow handles the login.
Is this app affiliated with Riot Games?
No. VLGG is built by an independent developer (“soopoly”). It uses
the Riot Games Public API but is not endorsed, sponsored, or operated
by Riot Games.
RSO login fails — what should I check?
First, retry — the most common cause is a transient Riot service
issue. If the failure persists for more than a few minutes, check
status.riotgames.com.
If your Riot account is region-locked, the active shard may be
temporarily unavailable.
I see ads — what data do they collect?
Ads come from Google AdMob. If you grant ATT consent, the SDK
receives your IDFA for ad targeting. If you decline, only
non-personalized ads are shown. You can change this at any time in
iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
